Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-7 working days. Items made to order (signets, rings, all gold plated items) can take up to 30 days. Delivery times are calculated from the day of despatch.
All orders are shipped from our workshop in Poland. The selected shipping option does not affect the production and handling time.
We offer the following shipping options:
European Union - we offer Free UPS/FedEx/DPD Shipping on all orders over 100EUR. Orders are tracked and usually take 2-5 working days to arrive.
United Kingdom - we offer Free Complimentary UPS Shipping on all orders over £100. Your order is tracked and usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. Due to Brexit and new customs procedures put in place, delays may occur when delivery companies are dealing with a high volume of shipments. Please keep that in mind when buying last minute presents.
