Shipping, Delivery, Warranty & Restoration

We ship our products to the United Kingdom and all the countries in the European Union territory. We offer the following shipping options:

United Kingdom - we offer Complimentary UPS Shipping on all orders over £100. Your order is tracked and usually takes 3-5 working days to be delivered. Due to Brexit and new customs procedures put in place, delays may occur when delivery companies are dealing with a high volume of shipments. Please keep that in mind when buying last minute presents.

European Union - we offer Complimentary UPS/FedEx/DPD Shipping on all orders over 100EUR. Orders are tracked and usually take 2-5 working days to arrive.

Orders outside the European Union might take a bit longer. If you wish to get an estimate, please get in touch with us.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-7 working days. Items made to order (signets, rings, all gold plated items) can take up to 30 days.

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Poland. The selected shipping option does not affect the production and handling time.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered with a Lifetime Warranty. If anything happens to your jewellery – it breaks, gets damaged, scratched etc. you can just send it over to us, and we will take care of it. Not only will we fix it, but also give it a full restoration and polish service, making it look brand new. All of this is 100% free and included in the price of your jewellery. The only thing you will have to cover is postage.

RESTORATION SERVICE

All our products come with the free Lifetime Restoration Service. This means that at any point you will be able to send us your jewellery for cleaning and restoration. We will remove scratches on the silver elements and polish them, clean the stones and replace any if they are damaged. This service is completely free of charge, as we don’t want your jewellery to every lose its shine!
